Confidence in a positive outcome is the single reason for anyone's success. People who achieve highly KNEW that they were going to do it. If you talk to anyone who has done great things, you will find that the person expected success, even before they had the right "personal hardware" for the job.
Every high achiever preaches the concept that "you can have anything that you want in life." They key word is "WANT."
Here are the straight forward steps to incredible success that all high achievers walk.
1: Create real goals. (They can be extremely ambitious!)
2: Know that it is possible.
3: Spend the time and energy finding the way and working to get there. (Often it's a lot of time and energy.)
Simple huh?
Unfortunately, it is not as easy as it sounds.
Most people get stuck with part two, "knowing that it is possible," and because of that achieve less than they could have. Personally, I have been stuck here countless times and have had to work hard to break through the "confidence roadblock."
However, there is a solution: In order to break out of this mental box and onto the third step of incredible success you must properly educate yourself on the stories of others who started out with less resources than you, yet accomplished much more. Stories of high achievers like Abraham Lincoln, W. Clement Stone, Tony Robbins, Andrew Carnegie, Robert Kiyosaki and many more. You must learn from them, and implement their lessons in your life.
To become a high achiever, you need to know. And, you need to think about your goal(s) all of the time. You need to shape your life around it. You need to eat, sleep, sweat, and breath your goals.
If you are pursuing the right objectives, you will feel a shiver roll down your spine as you move closer towards accomplishing it. You will feel "right" following your path. The work will not be work at all, but a labor of love.
If you feel otherwise, you are following the wrong path and must go back to the drawing board and figure yourself out. If you have to change your life that is also OK, and you should not feel guilty or embarrassed for doing so. If you are not headed in the right direction, you will not ever reach your destination. Do not despair; just spend time figuring it out and recalibrating.
So, the question is.... Do you KNOW you are going to achieve your most important personal goals... or do you HOPE to achieve your most important personal goals?
Here is a bit of advice once you know your goals: To accomplish in an original manner, seek inspiration from unexpected sources.
